Futbol Plus is a Hamilton based Soccer and Fitness Development Program looking to prepare high performing players between the ages of 10-16 for University and Collegiate programs across Canada and the United States.
In addition, we are developing relationships with professional teams in North America (including MLS, USL, CPL) and Abroad.

Designed for high performing players between the ages of 10-16 who aspire to reach the next level of their soccer journey within their club and into a College, University or Professional Career.
Creating a comprehensive player profile that focuses on the fundamentals in 4 Key areas of skills development:
Technical ability. Decision-making. Confidence. Effort.
Part of this program will bring an equally important focus on mental preparation, fitness training, player standards and self-care. Our approach will allow the player to be able to best cope with competitive environments and succeed.
The Individual First and Foremost: Our development program places importance on the individual first and the player second. Our commitment lies in focussing on the overlooked intangibles that the player can take through their soccer career and through life. Character building traits such as maintaining a positive attitude, discipline, developing good personal habits, importance of a strong work ethic, establishing high personal and professional standards and leadership development. We are looking to prepare these players for success on and off the field.
Player Development Second: We will do this through individual skill development in assessing strengths and identifying areas to develop. Additional on-the-ball training to help improve touch, confidence, ball control as well as a better understanding in passing, decision-making and on-field spatial awareness. We will also help improve mental toughness through fitness sessions. Increase endurance capacity. reaction time, strength, speed, agility and self-care.
Value to the Club: Through our programming we are aiming to bring back coachable, adaptable and technically improved players. Teaching good habits that will raise their standards and set positive examples for the rest of your team.
